As an Account Executive, you will be essential in delivering successful campaigns. Your responsibilities include building strong client relationships, understanding their objectives, and developing creative, strategic solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Seek new business opportunities and develop proposals and pitches to attract clients
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop and execute campaigns aligned with client goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide strategic advice to clients
  • Manage budgets and ensure profitability of client accounts
  • Represent the agency in client meetings, briefings, and events
  • Build networks with media partners, influencers, and stakeholders
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and documentation for smooth delivery
  • Conduct research to inform campaign strategies and provide insights
  • Work with media teams to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • Experience in Press Office or Media Relations
  • 3-5 years in account management, preferably in marketing or advertising agencies
  • Proven success in multi-channel campaigns with focus on ROI
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Creative, strategic, and analytical mindset
