Job description

Hours: Part time (approximately 24 hours per week)

Location: UK based, Brighton Office 1 day per week

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience + 100% OTE, pro-rated to reflect agreed working hours.

Job Description

Our sales team helps our customers to understand how Elucidat can make a difference to their business. In this role, you will work towards hitting your target every month, working with high quality Marketing Qualified Leads - including some of the biggest brands in the world - whilst generating your own revenue within our well-defined Ideal Customer Profile.

The role will require you to work closely with multiple teams including Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success and Learning Consultancy.

Requirements

  • Following up and executing inbound new business MQLs in an effective and timely manner
  • Outbound prospecting to supplement your pipeline, around 30% self generated
  • Achieve agreed pipeline and revenue KPIs and targets
  • Manage your pipeline and deliver effective and personalised product walkthroughs
  • Manage your pipeline to ensure you are maximising the potential from all leads
  • Follow Elucidats sales methodology and internal processes
  • Lead procurement negotiations with support from sales leadership and legal
  • Hand new customers to Customer Success and Account Management, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Engage in cross-department projects

  • 1 years+ track record of being highly successful in a new business B2B software sales closing role
  • Experienced in new business selling with complex buying cycles
  • Experience of contract negotiation and commercial negotiation
  • You value communication and personalised outreach and can demonstrate strong ability to build relationships with and multi-thread to senior people
