Qualifications

  • Business fluent in English and nice to have fluency in a Nordic language.

Job description

As an Outbound Account Executive for Mid-Market clients, you will be responsible for driving new business within the Nordic market (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, and autonomous territories: Faroe Islands, Greenland, Åland).
This role is based in our London office and reports directly to our UKI Country Manager.
You’ll be our first dedicated sales hire for the Nordics, with the opportunity to make your mark as Ringover continues its international expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the UKI Country Manager to develop and execute outbound strategies targeting Nordic clients (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland)
  • Identify, prospect, and engage with potential customers through multi-channel outreach.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Lead consultative selling by understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Accurately forecast and manage your pipeline to consistently meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in outbound sales within a SaaS environment, with measurable success.
  • Experience in selling into the Scandinavian markets
  • Confident in cold outreach and skilled in adapting messaging across diverse audiences.
  • Business fluent English (both spoken and written), and nice to have fluency in one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish).
  • Organized, autonomous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools is a strong plus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit — you enjoy building things from scratch and iterating as you go
