If you have account executive or business development experience and you’re seeking a new job, we want to hear from you! Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for a full-time Account Executive, New Business, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

About Your Role

As an Account Executive, you will report to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for sourcing New Business wins across their given territory, whilst becoming an expert in the soft drink category. Our AE’s work closely with 3rd party contacts to source New Business leads and work closely with the Away From Home sales teams to win together. You will predominantly work with licensed premises (restaurants, bars, pubs and hotels), but we also prospect any non-coverage calls to win New Distribution Points and equipment signings. The AE is responsible for making commercial based decisions to win new business and then handover to the AFH reps to be further developed

If you were already in this role, here are some of the areas you would have been focusing on this week:

  • Developing and winning business, thinking creatively on your feet with customers (working with groups of single outlets and groups of outlets under 5)
  • Meeting business owners and managers to discuss bespoke promotional branding, collaborating on how to make a campaign more visible and profitable
  • Seizing multiple opportunities to win or grow clients' business through our brands
  • Making phone calls to troubleshoot distribution challenges and finalise deals
  • Ensure a robust internal and external communication strategy while fostering strong relationships with third-party contacts.
