Primary Purpose: The Account Executive is responsible for supporting the Tapestry Middle East, Africa & India Sales team and leading the development of the Coach South Africa distributor business.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Franchise/Distribution to:

  1. Lead contact for the Coach South Africa distributor business, supporting administrative processes, business plans and growth strategies
  2. Execute multiple markets a year across Leather Goods, Footwear and Jewellery categories, leading appointments and presenting collections
  3. Collect, process, and reconcile orders, ensuring they align with OTB expectations and key seasonal messages
  4. Track and analyse monthly and quarterly sales, highlighting store sales and product performance
  5. Analyse year-on-year growth, producing seasonal trade reports to highlight sales performance and seasonal product wins, challenges and opportunities
  6. Support the Tapestry MEAI Director with short-term, mid-term and long-term financial plans
  7. Sell and track ATS opportunities
  8. Partner with Wholesale Operations, Demand Planning, and Wholesale Customer Service to deliver the seamless execution of the full order lifecycle, including conversion of the order book and shipments
  9. Partner with the Marketing team to ensure brand messaging translates in the region
  10. Liaise with key internal cross-functional partners including Wholesale Customer Experience, Visual Merchandising and Buying for store openings and renovations
  11. Represent the values of the brand and communicate company goals and initiatives effectively to external partners

The accomplished individual will possess:

  1. Minimum 2-3+ years’ experience in Franchise or Wholesale within the fashion industry
  2. Experience supporting/owning accounts in Middle East, Africa & India is preferred
  3. Highly analytical with an eye for detail and the ability to translate data into action points
  4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
  5. Highly organised, motivated and target driven
  6. Strong and passionate team player
  7. Flexible to travel within the region
