We are looking for a successful Mid Market Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales and a passion for driving growth within the SaaS space. Your role will involve growing our Mid Market account base, closing deals of various sizes and sales cycles, building relationships, and introducing innovative solutions to new customers, as well as expanding existing partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Drive top-line revenue growth through acquiring new Mid Market customers and developing strategies to penetrate top-tier accounts.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers.
  • Manage and nurture key customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Use data insights, customer intents, and adoption history to prospect new clients and improve retention strategies.
  • Understand Zendesk products thoroughly and align them with clients’ business objectives.
  • Lead complex, value-centric sales cycles, including multi-month deals with proof of concept stages.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and maintain accurate sales forecasts to exceed revenue goals.
  • Establish and maintain C-level sponsorships and build relationships with decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
  • Negotiate and close complex deals using a consultative approach and excellent communication skills.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales or solution engineering experience, preferably in SaaS, with a proven record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and quota in 2 of the last 3 years; President’s club membership is a plus.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and renewals, including multi-month, value-centric processes with proof of concept stages.
  • Experience working with VP and C-level executives in Mid Market accounts.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to create and leverage territory and account plans.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative mindset, and drive for growth.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and Clari.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations.
