A leading creative agency in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Account Executive/Manager to manage a portfolio of clients. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring strong relationships while identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate has a background in account handling within a creative field, excellent organizational and communication skills, and must be based in the UK with full leave to remain.

Overview

Account Executive/Manager, Birmingham, c£26k+

The successful Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • You will act as the main point of contact for an existing portfolio of accounts.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with your client base.
  • Respond to/answer client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Take detailed briefs, and then fully brief all relevant Departments to ensure the client’s needs and expectations are fully realised.
  • Identify and follow up on potential additional business opportunities with existing customers – cross selling/introducing new services.
  • Work with all other departments to provide new innovation for clients, expanding company’s product portfolio.
Requirements
  • Must have prior account handling experience gained from within a Creative environment - i.e. Design, Print, POS.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Can-do attitude to meet challenges and requests from customers
  • Strong Organisational and communication skills
  • You must be presently living in the UK
  • Sponsorship is not available so you will need to have full leave to remain.
