Job Description:

An innovative and fast-growing insurtech company based in London is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join their team. The company provides a cutting-edge SaaS platform that helps insurance brokers and agents digitize and streamline their workflows - from client onboarding through to policy administration.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong sales experience in the insurance or insurtech sectors who is looking to join a dynamic, mission-driven team reshaping how the industry operates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and engage potential clients within the insurance space (brokers, agents, MGAs).
  • Conduct compelling product demos and clearly articulate the platform’s value proposition.
  • Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with client success and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date CRM records and contribute to forecasting and pipeline planning.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the insurtech, SaaS, or insurance sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance ecosystem and broker workflows is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred.
