Qualifications

  • Conduct client meetings and, where necessary, site visits to understand risks in detail.

My client is a respected Broker with a strong reputation for delivering bespoke insurance solutions to private clients. Due to growth in their Private Clients division, they are seeking an experienced High Net Worth Account Executive to join their London team.

The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with private clients, providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their unique and often complex needs. You will work closely with clients, insurers, and internal colleagues to deliver a first-class service across a portfolio of HNW individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of high net worth clients, ensuring exceptional service and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted adviser.
  • Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and cross-selling.
  • Negotiate and arrange bespoke policies with underwriters in the Lloyd’s and London market.
  • Conduct client meetings and, where necessary, site visits to understand risks in detail.
  • Stay informed of market developments and emerging risks relevant to HNW clients.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role within the High Net Worth insurance market.
  • Strong knowledge of HNW insurance and related risks.
  • Established market relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with HNW individuals.
  • A proactive and commercial mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and new business growth.
  • CII qualification (or progress towards) preferred but not essential.
