Role: Account Executive - Growth (AE-G)

The AE-G is responsible for generating high-quality leads and new business opportunities, primarily focusing on the SMB segment. Their goal is to identify and close deals with self-serve clients, transitioning them to our customer success managers for ongoing support. They will work closely with Sales Directors to develop tailored plans for their territory and create new business opportunities for our Mid-Market sales team, ensuring a coordinated growth strategy.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Conduct research on potential SMB clients to identify opportunities for StackAdapt.
  2. Pitch and close new platform sales deals with local agencies or brands, customizing proposals to meet specific needs.
  3. Manage prospecting activities, including cold outreach and programmatic sales, to engage potential clients.
  4. Develop strategies to meet or exceed a $1M USD annual target through programmatic advertising within the SMB segment.
  5. Collaborate with Mid Market AEs to support cross-segment growth and regional market penetration.
  6. Utilize sales tools to maintain a strong pipeline and discover new growth opportunities.
What You’ll Bring:
  1. Relevant sales experience with prospecting and closing success.
  2. Experience in media, marketing, or advertising industry preferred; bonus if you have programmatic or ad tech experience.
  3. Proven track record of achieving performance goals and revenue targets.
  4. Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and platform features.
  5. Strong organizational skills and autonomous work capability.
  6. Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  7. A growth mindset and positive attitude.
