As an Account Executive, Client Growth, you will support and grow a portfolio of clients across Flywheel Digital’s suite of solutions. Your role will focus on building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and contributing to revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing sales environment and is looking to take the next step in their career.

What You Will Do:

  • Open new doors in the EMEA market across Flywheel’s Enterprise book of business, increasing market penetration.
  • Support senior sales leaders in driving new opportunities and executing a structured sales process.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Work collaboratively with Client Services and Marketing to develop case studies, campaigns, workshops and other prospecting collateral.
  • Represent Flywheel at local industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations tailored to client KPIs and business goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and Flywheel’s product offerings.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role, ideally in digital commerce or SaaS.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience prospecting and opening doors within Enterprise level organizations.
  • Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable presenting solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.

This position is commission eligible.

Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.

Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
