As an Account Executive, your primary focus will be on Customer Success—guiding clients through their onboarding journey and ensuring their success at every step. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and strong relationships.
  • Leading clients through onboarding processes, ensuring they are fully set up and supported.
  • Utilizing Salesforce and other tools to track progress, manage accounts, and optimize workflows.
  • Collaborating closely with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Troubleshooting issues and proactively addressing concerns to enhance the client experience.
  • Monitoring client progress and following up to ensure key milestones are achieved.
  • Meet calling and multitouch outreach KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to refine and implement best practices.
  • Manage a pipeline of high-value prospects, ensuring consistent progress toward goals.
  • Work to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals

  • Strong background in hospitality, property management, or related industries.

  • A proactive approach to identifying client needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • A track record of meeting goals and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Goal-orientated and self motivated.
  • Strong written, verbal, and phone skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.
