Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or phone-based environment.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with SME customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive sign-ups and convert leads for the FlexiPay product.
• Encourage repeat usage of the product by existing customers.
• Collect customer insights to feed ongoing product development.
• Establish rapid rapport with customers via telephone and email.
• Pitch Funding Circle against alternative funding options.
• Manage a high-volume, fast-paced sales pipeline.
• Hit monthly targets and contribute to team growth.
• Identify and mitigate risks or control weaknesses in daily operations.
