The Account Executive, ES, is responsible for generating sales revenue by engaging with prospective customers within a territory. The role involves promoting core products, maintaining current accounts, educating the market, and establishing partnerships with representatives supplying non-competitive products. Territory - New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine

Duties and responsibilities
  • Drive sales revenue and market share within the territory.
  • Develop new business methods and pursue new opportunities.
  • Implement strategic plans to increase market share by 10% annually.
  • Lead clinical demonstrations for target accounts and close sales.
  • Coordinate with Clinical Sales Specialists for pre-demo processes.
  • Nurture existing customer relationships through routine interactions.
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital staff.
  • Train customers on equipment use and reprocessing techniques.
  • Support VIP customers as directed.
  • Collaborate with Product Development on clinical evaluations.
  • Report regularly to supervisors and provide sales forecasts.
  • Attend trade shows and adhere to safety policies.

Other

  • Comply with FDA, ISO 13485, and other legal standards.
Qualifications

Successful candidates should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field plus 3-5 years of sales experience.
  • Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email applications.
  • Time management and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Ability to produce accurate reports and prioritize customer needs.
