Why we need this role

As an Account Executive – Enterprise Growth & Expansion, you will drive revenue growth within Colt’s existing enterprise customer base. Your focus will be on upselling, cross-selling, and revitalizing dormant accounts. This role combines strategic account management with business development to maximize customer lifetime value.

What you'll do
  • Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell initiatives across Colt’s solutions (cloud, SD-WAN, security, voice).
  • Develop and execute account growth plans aligned with customer needs and business outcomes.
  • Re-engage dormant and low-activity accounts, rebuilding trust and uncovering new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Use data and insights to identify high-potential opportunities and prioritize efforts.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and customer success teams for seamless execution.
  • Lead executive briefings and strategic planning sessions with enterprise clients.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in digital infrastructure, telecom, IT services, or SaaS.
  • Strong track record of growing accounts and reviving dormant relationships.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-site enterprise clients with a consultative, outcome-based approach.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like Challenger, MEDDPICC, or SPIN.
  • Proactive, self-motivated mindset with passion for strategic selling and long-term client success.
