We’re looking for an Account Executive, EMEA (UK&I) to drive the full sales cycle in a fast-paced environment. As one of Webflow’s first Sales hires in the UK and a member of our London office, you will help launch and scale our presence in the UK and expand throughout the EMEA region.

You will develop a strong outbound sales pipeline, engage key stakeholders, and manage the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from prospect to close. You’ll work cross-functionally with Solutions Engineers, Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a consultative experience that addresses customer needs and drives long-term value.

  • Compensation: Base compensation varies by geography and experience; equity, bonus or sales commissions may apply; benefits include pension, health coverage, and wellness stipends.

Reporting to the Director, EMEA Sales

Account Executive, EMEA responsibilities
  • Engage potential customers to uncover pain points, assess needs, and refine the ideal customer profile in the UK market
  • Drive outbound opportunities through strategic account planning and collaboration with Sales Development and Marketing
  • Articulate Webflow’s vision, value proposition, and product differentiation for EMEA audiences
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to drive a value-driven sales process
  • Generate momentum with partners in EMEA to support pre-sales and post-sales experiences
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with multiple stakeholders to drive momentum and reduce friction
  • Share field feedback, help define best practices, and contribute to Webflow’s EMEA foundation and culture

About you

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing and closing full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a high-growth or startup setting
  • Skilled in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Experience leading complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working with a partner ecosystem and navigating partner-driven deals
  • Proficiency in additional European languages (French, German, Dutch, Italian, or Spanish) is a plus
