Webflow’s mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. We are the Website Experience Platform (WXP) enabling teams to Build, Manage, and Optimize for the web with visual development, content management, AI-driven personalization, hosting, and analytics in one platform. This role is focused on driving the full B2B SaaS sales cycle in the EMEA region, with initial emphasis on the UK, Germany, and Central Europe, as we scale presence across Europe.

  • Engage in outbound and inbound sales to develop a strong pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close, collaborating with Solutions Engineers, Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

You will be one of Webflow’s early sales hires in the UK and a key contributor to launching and scaling Webflow’s presence in the UK, Germany, and Central Europe, shaping go-to-market strategy and delivering value-driven outcomes for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential customers to uncover pain points, assess needs, and refine the ideal customer profile in Germany & Central Europe
  • Create and drive outbound opportunities through strategic account planning and collaboration between Sales Development and Marketing
  • Articulate Webflow’s vision, value proposition, and product differentiation tailored to EMEA audiences
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to drive a value-driven sales process
  • Develop momentum in the partner ecosystem across EMEA to support pre- and post-sales experiences
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with multiple stakeholders to drive momentum and reduce friction during the sales cycle
  • Share field feedback and contribute to best practices and the development of Webflow’s EMEA team
About you

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing and closing full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a high-growth or startup setting
  • Skilled in lead queues, outbound prospecting, and pipeline generation
  • Strong ability to lead complex sales with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working with a robust partner ecosystem and navigating partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and reseller deals
  • Fluent in German; advanced proficiency in spoken and written communication; Dutch is optional
