SMALL-MEDIUM BUSINESS (SMB) ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (EMEA)

A Bit About The Role…

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing UK-based Sales Team. You will play a pivotal role in driving our EMEA sales strategy and expanding our presence in the market. Your responsibilities include identifying, prospecting, and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your success will directly impact our growth and market presence. If you are ambitious, skilled at navigating complex sales processes, and ready to advance your career, we want to hear from you.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You have 3-5+ years of proven performance as an SMB Account Executive, preferably in Security or Video Surveillance as a Service (VSaaS).
  • You have a track record of prospecting, solution selling, and closing deals in a direct sales role.
  • You enjoy travel and can travel into UK + North Europe occasionally.
  • You build relationships easily and understand people intuitively.
  • You communicate complex ideas clearly and are effective in negotiation and closing.
  • You are comfortable presenting to executives, providing insights and thought leadership.
  • You are highly motivated, aiming to exceed targets and goals.
  • You are proficient with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • You adopt a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach to hunt, nurture, and close leads.
  • You see the big picture and understand the value to customers, while also knowing your product features and differentiators.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • You can prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Criminal records check upon hire.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Willingness to comply with Solink’s security policies and standards.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Define target accounts and execute comprehensive account plans.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Implement account plans focusing on consultative solution selling.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, demos, and manage pilot projects to demonstrate value.
  • Manage complex sales cycles, forecast sales activity, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to align on customer needs.
