About this role:

As a Field Account Manager, you will be fully accountable for the development and growth of your area, driving consumer choice and activated takeaway restaurants to maximize Just Eat orders. You will also act as a trusted advisor to our partners in your territory.

Location: Edinburgh, with a mix of field-based and home-based work.

Key responsibilities:

• Maximize the potential of existing Just Eat Takeaway Restaurants through building significant and mutually beneficial commercial relationships.
• Educate Restaurant Partners to provide the best possible customer service and experience to their customers.
• Play an integral role in onboarding new signings, ensuring all new restaurants are visited within 14 days of going online and optimized for success.
• Prioritize order growth via activated restaurants, using data and internal tools to identify growth opportunities and strategies.
• Use platforms like Salesforce and Restaurant Manager to identify opportunities for growth and drive efficiencies.
