You ll play an important role in maintaining efficient cash processes, while also contributing to continuous improvements in our banking and finance systems.

  • Process cash applications for the business.
  • Set up client payments through the online banking system in line with operational requests.
  • Liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure on-account cash is kept within agreed levels.
  • Manage daily cash processes, particularly during month-end.
  • Ensure all received cheques are banked promptly.
  • Support the credit control team as required.
  • Contact clients/debtors to resolve unmatched cash items.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects to improve cash and banking efficiency.
Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience in invoice finance is desirable, though not essential.
  • Previous experience in an office environment is required.
