The role: We are looking for an Account Executive (Broker). The team forms part of the Funding Circle Introducer Channel and will have day-to-day interactions with an assigned set of broker accounts, the brokers' relationship managers, and internal operations teams.

Salary: £30,000 + OTE

What will you be doing?

You will support introducer loan applications, helping grow business lending through introducers such as commercial mortgage/asset introducers, business consultants, and accountants. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound calls, dealing with customer questions and queries
  • Responding to introducer inquiries within SLA timescales via email or phone, updating systems accordingly
  • Requesting information from introducers
  • Updating Salesforce CRM with relevant information to progress loan applications
  • Developing strong relationships with our sales teams
  • Supporting business reporting by maintaining accurate information
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating risks, issues, or control weaknesses

  • Effective time management skills
  • Transparent communicator, able to handle good and bad news
  • Confident with a good telephone manner and interpersonal skills
