How you'll make an impact

This role combines account management and production responsibilities, serving as a hybrid role with both renewal/retention and new business goals. You will be responsible for developing and successfully acquiring new business revenue from both new and existing clients, while providing a high level of client service to your assigned accounts.

About you

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required. License required.

Preferred:

• Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred.
• Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
