Job Description:

Toast is driven by building the restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt, take control, and get back to what they do best: building the businesses they love.

As an SMB Territory Executive, you will be part of a team that is transforming the way restaurants operate. Using a consultative approach, you will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new restaurateurs in your local area. By understanding their needs, you will develop customized solutions to help their business thrive. We need your passion and sales expertise to help us build the Toast brand in your geographic territory.

This is a field sales opportunity. Candidates must live locally to Birmingham, England, or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate a list of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close (experience with self-sourcing clients is a plus)
  • Conduct demos and develop solutions tailored to prospect needs
  • Partner with teams across the business to ensure expectations are met in delivery
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM to manage all sales activities
  • Understand the competitive landscape and position Toast effectively in the market

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, restaurant operations, or a related field
  • Reliable transportation (reimbursed mileage)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills; ability to negotiate at all decision levels
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team environment
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible
  • Technical proficiency with software; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Valid UK driving license
