Summary of Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within an assigned portfolio of existing Albida customers, while identifying and capturing new opportunities across your territory. You will develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each client’s unique goals and Workday roadmap, positioning Albida as a trusted advisor and solutions partner. This role demands a strong understanding of the ecosystem, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal experts, delivery teams, and marketing to ensure clients realize maximum value from their investments while expanding Albida’s footprint within each account.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new services and solutions opportunities within both existing accounts and targeted new logos.
- Build strategic account plans to drive customer growth, renewals, and cross-sell initiatives (e.g., additional modules, managed services, integrations).
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all commercial interactions across your Albida customer base.
- Execute pricing strategies and lead contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and solution architects to position Albida's value across the Workday lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and account notes in CRM systems.
- Stay informed on the latest Workday product developments and Albida service offerings to support client conversations and strategic recommendations.
- Support marketing campaigns, attend industry events, and contribute to go-to-market initiatives targeting Workday customers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on enterprise accounts and/or technology services.
- Experience selling or supporting Workday-related solutions (HCM, Financials, Adaptive, Extend, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles, driving growth within existing accounts, and negotiating high-value contracts.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to understand client business challenges and map them to relevant solutions and services.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits or events.
