Can you sustain the pace to keep on growing? Will you make an impact with your desire to win? We are seeking an Account Executive - Grocery based in Aberdeen/Inverness. This is a 15-month secondment. Please note: you must have a full UK driving license to be considered for this role.

You will manage relationships with key in-store and area manager contacts to build trust and support for increasing visibility and availability of CCEP products. You will have full territory ownership, planning your own diary around what works best for our customers.

To succeed, you should be independent, forward-thinking, and able to work autonomously. Strong influencing and selling skills are essential, with the ability to use data to create compelling proposals and confidently present to stakeholders. You should be dynamic, adaptable, and comfortable handling objections and planning ahead.

We are looking for someone positive, friendly, with excellent communication skills, and a passion for our brand. You will proactively share best practices and collaborate effectively with merchandisers, customers, and internal teams. The role can be challenging as no two days are the same, but you will have full support from your management team and a strong support network within CCEP.

This role involves using various apps and systems daily, so an interest in technology is beneficial. Please note that the role may be physically demanding, involving manual handling—full training and equipment are provided.
