About the Role

Our Customer Success Relationship Managers strive to positively influence the Client Journey and experience through Citation services. We are passionate about assisting clients with a team ethos to support each member and our colleagues across the business. As a Customer Success Relationship Manager, you will support the business in achieving goals through client retention, identifying uplift opportunities, and maximizing customer engagement with our services.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure customers have an exceptional onboarding experience with Citation.
  • Enable customers to utilize their products and services fully, understanding their needs and maximizing opportunities.
  • Deliver solutions timely and according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Identify potential issues early and work collaboratively to prevent them.
  • Act as the main contact for client queries, account administration, and handling dissatisfaction or complaints.
  • Identify growth opportunities within your customer base and collaborate internally to ensure retention and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Contact customers at relevant touchpoints for care calls.
  • Assist with high-severity requests or escalations as needed.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service and demonstrate effective communication, presentation, and influence skills at all organizational levels. You should enjoy problem-solving, maintain a positive mindset, and have a natural ability to turn situations around. Curiosity and determination to find the best solutions for customers are essential.
