What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing—with a focus on generating your own pipeline;
  • Hunt for new business across the Europe mid-market Enterprise, opening doors with decision-makers in IT, HR, Finance, and Operations;
  • Use value-based selling to build strong ROI cases that make it easy for customers to say “yes.”;
  • Position Firstbase as a strategic partner—helping customers solve the real pain points of managing remote and hybrid teams;
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Development, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and long-term growth;
  • Leverage our integrations with tools like Workday, ServiceNow, and Okta to create tailored solutions for your customers.

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotain SaaS, tech, or digital services;
  • Self-starter with the drive to prospect and build your own pipeline;
  • Confident communicator who can adapt your message to any audience—from technical teams to C-level executives;
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to link solutions to measurable results;
  • Hungry to learn, grow, and build a career in enterprise sales.
