Are you a results-driven sales professional ready to transform how businesses approach their sales operations? Join our clients dynamic team as an Account Executive specialising in outsourced sales solutions and help companies accelerate their growth through our clients proven virtual sales programs.You'll work with warm, qualified leads to demonstrate how our clients virtual sales teams can become a seamless extension of their operations, delivering consistent results and scalable growth.

This role is fully remote, but travel to the Bournemouth office once every 2 weeks will be required (travel will be covered).

Salary: £50k - £60k DOE OTE £120k+

Duties:

  • Conduct virtual meetings with pre-qualified prospects who have already expressed interest in outsourced sales solutions
  • Present services through compelling online demonstrations and consultative selling approaches
  • Build trust and credibility with decision-makers including CEOs, Sales Directors, and VP of Sales
  • Assess prospects' current sales challenges and growth objectives
  • Manage a robust pipeline of warm leads through the CRM system
  • Maintain consistent follow-up sequences and nurture long sales cycles

Experience:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in services or SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with virtual selling would be ideal
  • Strong presentation skills for online meetings and demos
  • Cyper Security experience would be a bonus
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales technology stack
