The Role:

This is a senior and key position within the sales team where you’ll play an invaluable role in JobAdder’s growth strategy.

Targeting recruitment agencies, you will be responsible for the following;

  • Managing the full sales cycle for your leads - from first outreach to signed contract.
  • Creating product demos tailored to each client.
  • Expectation to prospect and build your pipeline.
  • Providing timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on performance by keeping the CRM up to date.
  • Contributing to team projects to develop and refine our sales process.
  • Ensure a smooth transition and handover of a new customer to our Customer Journey Team after a closed deal.
  • Create your own territory mapping and target lists.
  • Develop and Maintain key partnership relationships.

About You:

  • Experience - Ideally you will have SaaS sales experience within HR or Rec tech. Previous sales experience in ATS / CRM / RMS / Payments or related software will be highly regarded.
  • Consultative - We are here to solve real problems that our customers have with their hiring.
  • Empathetic - You’ll have strong empathy and genuinely care about improving business practices for our customers.
  • Fast Learner - Must be comfortable working with constant change. For example, we release new features on average every week.
  • Amazing storyteller - Listening to product demos from multiple vendors can be mind-numbing for our prospects. It is essential that you are able to translate the prospect's challenges and how we can solve them, using real-life examples and stories that help illustrate the solutions.
