Account Executive - Sales - Award-Winning Insurance Broker
Location: Outskirts of Stratford-on-Avon
Contract Type: Permanent

Our client, a leading insurance broker, is seeking a driven Account Executive to join their broking team in the Outskirts of Stratford-on-Avon. Position Overview

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients.


Responsibilities
  1. Drive business growth by developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients
  2. Provide tailored insurance solutions and manage accounts post-sale, ensuring clients' evolving needs are met
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  4. Monitor and report on performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
  5. Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive image
  6. Manage administrative duties related to client accounts and documentation

Requirements
  1. Proven experience in an Account Executive role within the insurance industry
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  3. Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
  4. Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
  5. Proficiency in CRM and insurance platforms
  6. Problem-solving mindset and ability to implement solutions
  7. Cert CII qualification or a willingness to work towards it (desirable)
  8. Experience with Acturis or similar policy management systems (desirable)
