About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Account Executive to join our account management department. The successful candidate will provide first-class administration support and backup for their designated account team. Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with your team to understand customer needs and ensure their requirements are met according to their Service Level Agreement.
  2. Respond promptly and effectively to customer and supplier inquiries.
  3. Handle quote requests with accurate and detailed responses within the designated response time.
  4. Monitor and progress chase orders to ensure timely delivery within schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  5. Maintain and update the production board for your account team.
  6. Manage website imagery for your account team.
  7. Coordinate call-offs to ensure requested deliveries are met.
  8. Proactively monitor stock levels to meet customer requirements.
  9. Arrange for the delivery of specified reports to customers as needed.
Candidate Requirements
  • Good commercial awareness.
  • Understanding of print production and process capabilities.
  • Knowledge of quality standards related to production procedures.
  • Understanding of the importance of quality and service criteria in finished products.
  • Familiarity with relevant administrative procedures and documentation.
