Job description

Mowi Consumer Products UK Ltd is a fast-paced, exciting organisation operating in the Chilled Food industry with a unique offering in the UK. We have an exceptional opening for the right individual in our private label sales team, based in Rosyth near Edinburgh. You will be part of a large, well-resourced team in a growing business, working closely with major UK retailers, operations, and European colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the National Account Manager in developing and implementing customer strategies to position Mowi as the supplier of choice.
  2. Lead on building business proposals to secure new contracts and foster long-term customer relationships.
  3. Embed a commercial, client-service approach across all processes and activities.
  4. Propose, gain approval for, and deliver the sales plan (volume, turnover, margin, promotions) for assigned accounts.
  5. Provide timely and accurate monthly sales forecasts.
  6. Influence and challenge internally and externally positively, representing Mowi professionally.
  7. Perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Year-over-year and against-budget sales & margin performance.
  • Accuracy and quality of data and reports.

Skills Required

  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Financial literacy.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated.
  • Good IT and presentation skills.

Experience

  • Account management experience, ideally in a large manufacturing food business working with major UK retailers.
  • Experience in fish, protein, or short-life chilled products is advantageous.
