The MRI Healthcare Division offers the broadest solutions in the industry for Estates and Facilities Management. With extensive domain knowledge, MRI provides NHS Trusts with tools to transform their operations and enhance the experience for patients, visitors, and staff. MRI supports Digital Transformation and Smart Building initiatives, ensuring safe, efficient buildings while reducing NHS estate maintenance costs. Our solutions include Computer Aided Facilities Management, Energy, Space, and Property Management, delivering efficient estate services across the UK.

With over 32 years of experience, we maintain close client relationships and deliver solutions that meet industry standards and enable our clients’ success.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent MRI professionally, building mutually beneficial relationships with decision-makers to ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
  • Achieve personal quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain a monthly sales pipeline to meet targets.
  • Recommend suitable solutions and negotiate terms with clients.
  • Identify new client opportunities within UK Healthcare organizations.
  • Respond to Tenders, RFIs, RFPs, and ITTs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering to produce quotations and proposals.
  • Negotiate with prospects, including at C-suite level.
  • Maintain regular contact with prospects via on-site visits, online, or phone.
  • Assess clients’ ongoing requirements to adapt to business needs.
  • Work closely with Legal, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Development, and Implementation teams.
  • Keep sales forecasts updated within CRM systems.
  • Manage opportunities from enquiry to closure using CRM.
  • Travel within the UK, including occasional overnight stays, representing MRI at industry events.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales achievement in a target-driven environment, with a focus on new business.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in Software Solutions sales, preferably in Public Sector/Healthcare.
  • Ability to qualify opportunities and understand customer goals.
  • Knowledge of the Facilities Management Market is advantageous but not essential.
  • Team-oriented with collaborative spirit.
  • High initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Tenacious, driven, confident, enthusiastic, and energetic.
  • Motivated to succeed and eager to learn.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales projects with long lead times.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Dynamics, and Salesforce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and deadlines.
  • Self-sufficient with limited supervision.
