Job Description

We are looking for ambitious and highly motivated Account Executives to help transform the restaurant industry, one restaurant at a time. You will be tasked with finding new business opportunities, building valuable relationships, and signing up restaurateurs to the software.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a startup environment, taking a significant role in a small team. As a founding member, you will drive the transformation from a startup into a successful company.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer service, be a reliable professional, and have a results-driven approach. Excellent communication skills, especially when engaging face-to-face with clients, are essential.

Your main goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and develop them into long-term, profitable relationships.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Sell B2B and achieve target KPIs
  2. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  3. Manage your time effectively and build your own sales pipeline
  4. Discover new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into long-term partnerships
  5. Demonstrate products to prospective clients in person or online
  6. Assist in setting up new venues
  7. Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
  8. Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs, preserving the company's reputation

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role
  • Background in hospitality or FMCG industry
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
  • Track record of meeting KPIs in sales
  • Experience in canvassing, face-to-face sales, and cold-calling local businesses
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
