Ipswich
Permanent
Part Time

8-15 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours
£12.55 per hour (London stores will get an additional £0.45 per hour), plus an average bonus per hour of £1.77

Our Account Executives have the skills and ideas that make the magic happen for our business to business (B2B) operation. Their mission is to connect our business customers with the right tech to meet their business needs, creating an unforgettable experience in the process that keeps them coming back. You'll be proactive in finding opportunities and be quick to adapt in an ever-changing industry. Every decision you make will keep our business customers at the heart of it.

Responsibilities:

As part of this role, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Making every customer interaction memorable.
  2. Asking the right questions to match business customers with products.
  3. Building and maintaining a network of local business owners.
  4. Growing new business relationships and developing accounts.
  5. Contributing towards the overall sales performance of the store.
  6. Being aware of local competitor activities and suggesting ways to stay ahead.

You will need:

  1. Experience working with customers either in a retail or B2B environment (or both!).
  2. The drive to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
  3. An eagerness to learn about the latest technology.
  4. To be confident working in a team.
