As an Account Executive at Acoustic, you'll become an integral part of our mission to create the future of customer experiences. In this role, you'll have access to top prospecting and customer relationship management tools. This position offers a unique opportunity to explore a new territory filled with sales opportunities, working with a cutting-edge, open platform that helps marketing teams gain deeper insights into their data. You'll assist marketing teams in unlocking their full potential. This is a London-based hybrid role.

What You'll Do

  • Complete all training programs to understand Acoustic's Software and Services offerings, enabling you to deliver compelling value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Utilize developmental opportunities, such as sales approach training through Force management, to enhance your selling skills.
  • Create and execute a territory sales plan using prospecting data to generate new logo revenue within mid-market prospects.
  • Conduct discovery processes to understand prospects' challenges and goals, and develop solutions that deliver value.
  • Collaborate with the solutions team to deliver tailored technical demonstrations addressing client needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations, working closely with sales management, finance, legal, and contracts teams.
  • Use the CRM effectively to accelerate sales, forecast accurately, and report on sales activities.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience selling SaaS solutions to new logo accounts, with a proven record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Experience in creating prospecting and territory management plans to ensure sales funnel coverage and achieve targets.
  • Ability to listen closely to prospect challenges and goals to develop high-value solutions.
  • Proven success in quantifying business benefits and delivering impactful client presentations.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in alignment with company values to meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency with company productivity tools, including web-based demonstration software.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling Marketing Cloud, Automation, Data Analytics, or Mobile Solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
