At CoLoop we’re on a mission to make every company in the world as customer obsessed as Amazon. We’re doing this by giving the next generation of workers immediate, intuitive access to the knowledge they need to make better decisions, faster.

  • We automate content analysis and knowledge management to provide a 70% time and cost reduction for marketing research.
  • We’re used by 250+ large agencies & research teams globally including Amazon, Financial Times, P&G and Publicis Sapient.
  • Profitable team of 9 based out of central London with $5M raised in total and growing fast — 400% ARR growth in the last 12 months.

The Role

As the 2nd Account Executive at CoLoop, your mission will be to sell, onboard, close and expand new customers. We onboarded our first AE a few months back and they’ve been crushing quotas. Most of our pipeline is coming inbound. We’re now at a point where we can support multiple AEs and we’re looking to bring in another.

You will start by selling high volume deals for our core qualitative offering along with our newly launched quant open ends tool to insights and strategy consulting firms and related functions at large corporates.

We’re looking for hungry, high performing account executives who want to be CEO of their own territory and process end to end.

Downsides

  • You’ll have a lot on your plate. We hit strong PMF a few months back and have seen a large amount of inbound referral from existing customers. You’ll need to be disciplined and energetic to effectively maintain and scale your book.
  • We’re metrics driven. Conversion rates, calls booked and ARR are important top lines that we need to measure constantly. You’ll need to be diligent about collecting and using this data to optimise your sales process.
  • We’re hands off. You’ll need to learn quickly, be proactive and ready to collaborate cross functionally with other members of the team if needs be to close and expand your deals.

Mission

Your mission is to identify customers’ needs, qualify and sell them on our product ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.

This means:

  • Understanding their needs carefully and qualifying their suitability for our services
  • Building relationships and trust with key individuals at your prospective customers’ company.
  • Selling and educating prospects and customers about appropriate solutions from our offering to solve their key challenges
  • Onboarding them fully to our service and scaling their usage to help them achieve their intended outcomes

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years sales experience
  • Experience selling SaaS tools priced between $5-50k / year
  • Previous experience working at growth stage company or startup.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience selling to research teams and agencies.
  • Prior experience with the market research industry.

What You’ll Get

  • Salary:£60,000 - £70,000 inc. Performance Bonus

  • Hours:Full-time
  • Location:Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 remote.
