Job summary

Brown & Brown Insurance in East Grinstead seeks a Commercial Account Executive to build a new business portfolio. You will be supported by an experienced broking and claims team to deliver client-focused solutions and renewals.

Responsibilities include developing a personal pipeline, adding introducers, advising on quotations, expanding coverages, and ensuring compliant, timely handling of all cases while achieving retention targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in commercial insurance and new business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop a personal pipeline of new business.
• Add new introducers to your network.
• Advise clients on quotations and coverage requirements, and renewals.
• Expand and develop client coverages to ensure right protection.
• Liaise with broking and support teams to ensure accurate documentation.
• Work in a compliant and timely manner on all cases.
• Meet income and retention targets and support business objectives.
• Collaborate with management to develop colleagues.

• Workingwithclientstoexpandanddeveloptheircoveragetoensuretheyhavetherightcover

• Workinginacompliantandtimelymanneronallcases.
• Ensuringincomeandsubsequentlyretentiontargetsareachievedandmaintained.

Yourexperience:

• AproventrackrecordacrosstherangeofCommercialInsurancemarketandbelookingforsomewheretosetupshoptobuildapersonalportfolioandputdownroots,nowyouarepartofaforeverbusiness.
• Yourskillsetwillincludehighlevelcommunication(Verbal,WrittenVideo),negotiation,influencing,sales,stakeholdermanagement,delegationandITskillswithaclientfirstmindset
• Youshouldalsobeconfidentindealingwithstakeholdersatalllevelsparticularlyboardlevel.
• Afulldrivinglicence
