The Role

The Account Executive role is within the Client Services team at Bewonder*. You will act as a direct point of contact for clients, centre management/onsite teams and tenants. You will support the Client Lead in producing and delivering marketing strategies, managing budgets and service levels with support from the Client Lead, and coordinating delivery from internal departments. Your responsibilities include client reporting, managing stakeholder and third-party relationships, developing digital content, undertaking administration tasks, supporting the finance team, providing crisis cover support, and managing on-site events and projects.

Main responsibilities include
  • Acting as a direct point of contact for clients, centre management/onsite teams and tenants
  • Supporting the Client Lead on the production and delivery of the Marketing Strategy
  • Budget and service levels management with support from the Client Lead
  • Site visits to collate digital content and tenant liaison (including the responsibility of collating retailer offers, news and campaign feedback)
  • Coordinating delivery from internal departments including the Bewonder* Digital, Customer Experience (CX), and Creative Studio teams
  • Client reporting, monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns against KPIs
  • Manage stakeholder and third-party relationships
  • Development of digital content and proofreading/scheduling including social media, website updates, weekly website sweeps and email copywriting and coordination
  • Undertaking administration tasks where required (for example, agenda coordination, minute taking and financial admin)
  • Press release writing for Client Lead approval
  • Supporting the finance team on chasing bad debts
  • Crisis cover support as part of the Bewonder* weekend rota
  • On-site event management and project management including production of event briefs and completion of necessary Health & Safety documents

  • Previous experience gained within a marketing environment, at assistant or placement level, either agency or client side
  • Good level of understanding of the property sector preferred but not essential
