Join us as an Account Executive and help bring campaigns to life across the UK, Europe, and MENA. You’ll partner with clients in arts, culture, heritage, and corporate fields to craft communications that resonate. We’re looking for a quick-thinking, collaborative individual who blends creativity with professionalism and builds culturally aware connections across borders.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Supporting the delivery of media and communications campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients and building client relationships in collaboration with your account team
  • Creating and editing press releases, media lists and contributing to communications strategies
  • Pitching and responding to journalist requests and enquiries
  • Monitoring media coverage and collating digital cuttings for client reports
  • Helping drive client social media success by creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging audiences
  • Assisting at client events, private views, photocalls, and press launches
  • Building and strengthening relationships with the UK and international media
  • Supporting broader team on campaigns
  • Contributing to prospective client campaign proposals and meetings
  • Contributing to Flint Culture’s social media channels, inc. content creation and implementation
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Strong interest in communications, PR, and/or the Cultural and Creative Industries, with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Familiarity with or enthusiasm for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, and an eagerness to explore creative ways of engaging audiences
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
  • Ability to carry out clear, accurate research and present findings effectively
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • A genuine passion for the arts and cultural experiences
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to attend occasional evening and weekend events where required
  • Happy to work flexibly across time zones
  • Curiosity about how the media and arts press work, with a readiness to develop contacts and sector knowledge over time
  • Language skills desirable, particularly Arabic for Middle East-focused accounts or European languages to support multi-regional campaigns
  • Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment
  • Excels in an inclusive multidisciplinary team environment that values diverse perspectives and collaboration
