Where does this role fit in?

ITG are looking for a strong administrator who can balance multiple priorities working alongside the Nando’s Marketing Team, working closely with the account team. The Account Executive will be a member of the ITG business, carrying responsibility for customer service delivery and operational excellence.

As our new Account Executive, you will be responsible for the management of store orders & print on demand orders, stock management, local marketing print production, new stores and refurbishments. A large proportion of this role is to manage and maintain ITG’s marketing platform, Storyteq. Ensuring all processes and systems best practices are adhered to and maintained.

Responsibilities include:

• Taking accurate information from the client, formulating full briefs, assisting with production detailed specifications for suppliers
• Assisting with quotation process by working with supplier and Account Manager directly
• Restaurant support and handling of all helpline queries
• Maintaining detailed job history via the use of the management information systems as well as managing of master database
• Full Storeyteq management, ensuring that “THE HUB” and “DAM” are always up to date.
• Taking brief requirements from the client for Storyteq amends / new briefs and working with the development team to action in a timely manner.
• Overall project management, ensuring all parties are kept up to date with time frames in line with CPA’s.
• Run and manage projects for campaigns ensuring all deadlines are hit and on time delivery achieved
• Manage and supply of weekly stock and order reports
• POD reporting
