Position Overview

Reporting to the Regional Commercial Sales Managers, the Account Executive is part of the Watson Sales Team, working in a dynamic sales environment with responsibility for driving fuel sales throughout our Commercial sector. The role focuses on growth in market share and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Taking inbound calls from customers.
  2. Negotiating to win business and cross-selling associated products.
  3. Making outbound calls to grow sales and retain existing customers.
  4. Liaising with Customers, Depots, and Operational Personnel.
  5. Processing customer orders.
  6. Maintaining high standards in customer service and adhering to complaint procedures.
  7. Updating orders, prices, and confirmations in the company's systems.
  8. Driving sales growth in volume and gross margin.
  9. Providing daily support to the sales team.
Skills and Qualifications
  1. Experience in a customer service role is essential, with an interest in building a career in telephone sales.
  2. Strong customer service skills and a passion for sales are required.
  3. Experience in telephone sales or customer service is desirable.
  4. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
  5. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
  6. Attention to detail is crucial.
  7. High levels of accuracy in data entry are essential.
