What will you be doing
  1. Planning – Specifically for partnerships and event activations. Deliver a project plan from start to finish, participate in brainstorms, be creative, call on industry knowledge, assist in creating decks, and be aware of budgets and feasibility.
  2. Implementation – Bring plans to life, serve as the main contact for all suppliers, write briefs, assist with content creation, work as part of an All Agency team, and ensure approvals from all parties.
  3. Evaluation and review – Support in collating results and creating evaluation documents, providing insights and perspectives.
Client / Account Management
  • Manage meetings efficiently, prepare notes and actions.
  • Manage regular project and status meetings with clients and external agencies.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, agencies, clients, and partners.
  • Assist with content creation, brand merchandise, and toolkits.
  • Assist with financial aspects such as budgeting, POs, and invoicing.
  • Participate in all aspects of event activation, including venue sourcing, staffing, branding, creative execution, on-site support, and liaising with suppliers.
Self / Team Management
  • Develop presentation skills, both writing and delivering, using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Communicate effectively with your line manager and account team.
  • Stay informed about market trends relevant to the client’s business.
The Skills and Experience You Need
  • Experience in a similar agency-based role is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience working with large global brands is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to multitask across activities with tight deadlines.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinking.
  • Knowledge of and passion for sport is a bonus.
  • Open to feedback from clients and colleagues.
