A Facilities Management company is seeking an experienced Account Director to oversee operations for a significant healthcare contract based in Preston. The role requires strong soft service experience and will involve managing a team and building relationships across 45/50 sites in Lancashire. We are currently supporting one of our Facilities Management clients in their search for an Account Director in Preston. This role will be covering 45/50 sites based out of Preston. The role will provide leadership on a large soft services Healthcare contract (Cleaning & Catering).
For the role, you must have Soft Service experience. Healthcare experience desirable.
As Account Director you will take full responsibility for the Site Activities which will include:

Although based out of Preston, visits to other sites in Lancashire will be required.
