Job description

The healthcare practice of a mid-sized consultancy, part of a mid-sized global group and acquirer of a carefully curated set of companies, is expanding and is keen to hire an Account or Senior Account Director with healthcare marketing expertise.

You should have experience of managing large-scale global accounts with responsibility for the delivery of multiple communications projects through the entirety of a product lifecycle, planning and overseeing a whole range of marketing materials, product launch assets and congress deliverables. Your expertise should include advisory boards and conference activities, specifically symposia and congress booths, encompassing KOL/KEE engagement, as well as publications, HCP websites, eLearning modules and web apps.

You’ll need to have at least a first degree in Life Sciences, plenty of client-facing experience, scientific rigour and a real desire to work with the senior team to develop the growing commercial capability within the healthcare practice. Therapy areas include rare diseases, neuroscience, oncology and gene therapy, but you will also be encouraged to pursue your own areas of expertise and interest. It’s a highly supportive team with exceptional mentors and the agency culture is entrepreneurial and thoughtful.
