The Role

As Account Director, you will be responsible for the strategic management of key accounts and relationships with a select number of global brands, including growth, retention, and upsell. Part of your role will also focus on cultivating and developing potential new business opportunities across the account portfolio.

You will need to fully understand the vision and concept of each customer and project, aligning these with innovative and sustainable stock & bespoke promotional merchandise. Projects will span various industry sectors and company sizes. Additionally, you will handle quoting, sourcing, client-facing presentations, and contract negotiations, ensuring project delivery within tight deadlines.

The Candidate

We are seeking candidates with at least 5 years of experience in Promotional Merchandise who can hit the ground running. Whether you're an Account Director or an Account Manager feeling undervalued or lacking progression, if you have a minimum of 5 years in the sector and possess creative flair to deliver innovative products, we want to hear from you.

You should be passionate, driven, and skilled at building rapport and meaningful relationships at all levels of business. Experience working from home is desirable but not essential.

The Package

This role offers a basic salary of circa £60,000 / £65,000 depending on experience, with a commission structure and an achievable OTE of around £75,000. Additional benefits include a laptop, phone, and more.
