Job Description:

The business provides a range of consultancy and communications services to balance the needs of communities and clients, ensuring impactful and relevant projects with societal and economic benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage profitability and productivity of client accounts and projects within your practice area.
  • Develop and execute account strategies for your client portfolio.
  • Own the commercial aspects of your portfolio, including forecasting.
  • Plan revenue outlooks for at least three months ahead and advise accordingly.
  • Manage junior staff, including workload, performance reviews, and addressing issues with HR support.
  • Ensure team performance aligns with client expectations and profitability.
Person Specification
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic consultancy skills with attention to detail, innovation, and achievement.
  • Passion for infrastructure and development sectors with experience in communication strategies for major projects.
  • Knowledge of legislation and policies related to pre-application consultations for NSIPs and TCPA planning.
  • Experience in leading pre-application consultations and managing community engagement processes.
  • Ability to manage feedback, analyze data, and prepare statutory reports for DCO applications.
  • Experience in managing examinations in public for NSIPs is advantageous.
