LOTUS, the multi-award-winning communications and representation agency for leading global destinations and hospitality brands, is looking for an exceptional Account Director to join our team.

We’re looking for a versatile Account Director with significant experience in PR and communications specifically within the travel and tourism sector. You’ll bring leadership, strategy, and creativity to a dynamic international portfolio and play a key role in driving exceptional client results.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Have solid PR and communications experience within the travel and tourism industry
  • Possess outstanding leadership and team management skills
  • Be confident delivering senior-level client consultancy and strategy
  • Be commercially astute and results-focused
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be creative, proactive, and solutions-driven
  • Have strong knowledge of the media landscape, including influencers and digital
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment
  • Ideally has experience with clients in Saudi and the Middle East
  • Is flexible to cover Sunday working days
  • Arabic skills are a bonus
Key responsibilities:
