About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our West Midlands team, managing key client accounts and supporting strategic event planning. The role involves overseeing project delivery, content development, financial management, process improvement, resource allocation, client relationships, new business development, health & safety compliance, CRM updates, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple client projects, including large-scale events, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Lead content development across various media.
  • Oversee project profitability and ensure projects are cash flow positive.
  • Ensure high-quality standards and process improvements.
  • Support business development and client relationship management.
  • Lead and develop the account team, fostering a positive company culture.
