The Opportunity

Our client is a global creative communications agency looking for an Account Director to join their team in the West Midlands. You will work with key clients, supporting their event strategies. Previous event agency experience and comfort discussing content and strategy at a senior level are required.

About The Company:

Our client is a full-service, global creative agency with offices in London, The Midlands, and Manchester. They specialize in Live and Virtual Events, Campaigns, Films, and Incentive Travel, focusing on translating strategies into engaging experiences.

About You:

Seeking a highly skilled individual with 5+ years of event production agency experience to manage client projects, including large-scale events. Strong project management, interpersonal, client management, content development, and financial skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Manage delivery of multiple client projects, oversee internal teams, liaise with suppliers, and attend events.
  • Content Development: Lead creative content across media with the Client Services Director.
  • Financial Management: Ensure project profitability, manage budgets, and meet financial targets.
  • Process & Quality Control: Ensure projects meet ISO standards and quality expectations.
  • ROT & Resource Management: Support ROT targets, resource allocation, and strategic thinking.
  • Client Management: Attend meetings, communicate with stakeholders, and identify opportunities.
  • New Business & Business Development: Assist in pitches, develop growth plans, and attend networking events.
  • Health & Safety: Oversee H&S compliance and paperwork.
  • CRM & Line Management: Maintain CRM data, lead teams, and support staff development.
  • Company Culture: Promote values, participate in team activities, and share ideas.
